This initial meeting is where we establish your health goals, review current/past medical history, examine your diet and assess your physical activity level. After speaking with you, your personal trainer will be able to give you an idea of what to expect from one of our custom training programs. This session is commitment-free, so what you choose to do from there is up to you!
