Service Description
Sessions with your personal trainer are one-on-one, last 60 minutes, and include the following: dynamic warm-up exercises, strength and mobility training, HIIT training, finished with cool down stretching. Monthly packages are available at a discount, with the option to choose from once, twice or three times weekly. To clients who are interested in packages, OHANA offers the following discounted personal training programs: MONTHLTY PACKAGES PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING (60 min) 1x weekly (4 sessions) = $280 2x weekly (8 sessions ) = $520 ($40 savings) 3x weekly (12 sessions) = $720 ($80 savings) ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS (60 min) 1x weekly (4 sessions) = $240 2x weekly (8 sessions) = $450 ($30 savings) 3x weekly (12 sessions) = $660 ($60 savings) IMPORTANT: If you are interested in a monthly package, please book your free health assessment with us online first, and then we can set you up with the discounted package of your choice! *Training sessions expire 3 months after purchase of package. 24 hours notice required to cancel without forfeiting session.
