3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes


Who doesn't love pancakes? Now, theres a recipe that is SUPER simple, easy to make at home, and incredibly healthy for you! There are only 3 ingredients, which I keep in my house at all times anyways, so this is a great option if you want something different and quick for breakfast!

 

What you'll need:

-1 ripe banana, mashed

-1 tbsp almond butter

-1 organic free range egg, beaten

For the toppings:

-1 tbsp honey

-1 tbsp almond butter

-1 tbsp water

-handful chopped nuts of choice (walnuts, almonds, pecans)

What to do:

1. In a large bowl, combine mashed banana, egg and slightly warmed almond butter (easier to mix)

2. This will be your batter, just pour onto a prepared pan and cook (about 2 min each side)

3. In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients and warm in a microwave for 15 seconds

4. Stir well to mix toppings together, then pour over cooked pancakes
