Overnight Oats

This recipe is one of our easiest to make! No cooking involved, just add your ingredients and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.

Yields: 2 servings

You'll need:

-1 mason jar with a lid

-1 1/2 cups organic rolled oats (about half the jar)

-1 cup fruit of choice (we used strawberries and blueberries)

-handful of nuts (we used sliced almonds)

-2 tablespoons chia seeds

-1 1/2 cups unsweetened milk of choice to fill jar (almond, coconut, etc)

-toppings of your choice (flax seeds, unsweetened coconut, honey etc)

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in your mason jar, and give it a good shake to mix it up.

2. Secure the lid, and put in your refrigerator overnight.

3. Wake up in the morning, throw some extra fresh toppings on there, and enjoy!

This is a great breakfast for you if you're on the go, or if you're maybe just not a morning person. Either way, its a healthy start to your day. Change up the ingredients and toppings, just make sure their real foods and not processed. These will be your new favorite go to snack for early mornings!

**Depending on the size of your mason jar, this is enough for a breakfast and a snack for later on in the day!
