Strawberry Pineapple Granola Bowl


Granola bowls are one of our favorite snacks. Depending on the portion size, you can even substitute them for a meal. We play around with the toppings all the time, but this is one of our more basic versions. But don't worry, in this case, basic also means absolutely delicious!

 

What you'll need:

-2 tbsp organic plain greek yogurt

-1/2 cup frozen organic berries of choice

-1/4 cup organic low fat milk (or coconut milk)

-1/2 a frozen banana

-homemade granola (see recipe in *Sides)

-1 tbsp honey

-1 tbsp chia seeds

-1 tbsp flax seeds

-1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

-fresh cut organic strawberries and pineapple to top

What to do:

1. Blend together yogurt, frozen berries, banana, milk, chia and flax seeds

2. Put this smoothie mixture in a bowl, top with granola, honey, fresh fruit and coconut
